Gas Mask Bunny Tee PROCESS PART 2: Here’s where things get fun…printing the tees! As you’ll see in the pics, rather than select colors ahead of time, I elected to add ink in a random fashion to the first layer. I chose to do this so each shirt would be different from the next. Nothing is more boring than having a pre-determined result so it’s fun to “play” on press and have faith that things will work out. Going with the flow, being loose and open to the unexpected is always my goal when art making.

Gas Mas Bunny Tee PROCESS PART 1: Yesterday, I had lots of fun screen printing (silkscreening) new, one-of-a-kind Gas Mask Bunny tees! I experimented and improvised during the printing process making each shirt unique. Screen printing is very laborious so this process blog doesn’t cover everything. But it’s a good way to see what’s involved in getting a design on a t-shirt analog style!
